Order Support
For questions about an existing order, please include your order number and the email address used during checkout. For damaged, defective, or incorrect merchandise, include a description of the problem and clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label when applicable. The more information we receive, the less detective work required — which is better for everyone.
Returns
Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days of confirmed delivery. Before returning an item, contact us to request return instructions. Please do not mail merchandise back without authorization. Unannounced packages have a certain mysterious charm, but they may not be accepted or refunded.
